The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
2. Heard Mr. Ravi Babulkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.S. Mehta, learned Additional C.S.C. for the respondent nos.1 to 3.
3. Mr. Ravi Babulkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, has requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
4. The said request has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State.
5. The present Writ Petition (WPMS No.1994 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, as prayed, but, in accordance with law.
