CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE O R D E R 30.04.2025
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner could not trace out any receipt demonstrating that the reply to the notice dated 11th November, 2022 and 14th November, 2022 was submitted by the petitioner to the respondents. In that view of the matter and also having regard to the stand taken by the respondents in the statement of facts, no case for initiating contempt proceedings is made out. The proceedings in the contempt are closed. It shall, however, remain open to the petitioner to file response to the notice dated 11th November 2022 and 14th November 2022 within a period of two weeks. Needless to say that in case such response is filed, the respondents shall take a decision in terms of the judgment dated 6th June 2024. The contempt proceedings are closed.
