The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 10.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 310 of 2025, under sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Deoraniya, District -Bareilly. It has been brought to our notice that one of the co-accused has already been granted protection by this Court vide its order dated 5.8.2025 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16999 of 2025. In view of the aforesaid, it would be appropriate in the interest of justice that similar protection be also granted to the present petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 10.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 310 of 2025, under sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Deoraniya, District Bareilly till submission of the police report under Section 193 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
