2. In this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for grant of earned leave, which according to the petitioner has not been paid though he has superannuated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received all the other benefits except the encashment of earned leave.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that representation is pending before the respondent No.4- The District Superintendent of Education, Godda, who is yet to take a decision.

Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.4- The District Superintendent of Education, Godda, who will consider the case of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the balance earned leave, the respondents will pass an appropriate order for payment of the said to the petitioner, if the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reason, the same should be communicated to the petitioner.
6. The entire process should be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. It is made clear that if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the monetary benefit, and the same is not paid within eight weeks
thereafter, the amount will carry interest @ 6% per annum.
8. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands
disposed of.
