Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has directly approached this Court despite an alternative remedy being available to the petitioner under the BNSS and the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Sudhir Bhaskarrao Tambe vs. Hemant Yashwant Dhage & Others reported in (2016)6 SCC 277 and M. Subramaniam vs. S. Janki, reported in (2020) 16 SCC 728, no case is made out to pass any direction. 4. However, the respondent authority is directed to inform about the outcome of the written complaint filed by the petitioner (Annexure-A) preferably within four weeks. 5. With the above direction, the application stands disposed R/SCR.A/14308/2025 ORDER DATED: 03/11/2025 of. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
