Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri P.K. Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 3. The petitioner has filed the instant petition in public interest seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the permanent and temporary encroachments over the main road from Lakkhu turn to Chanuki turn falling under Nagar Panchayat Laar, District Deoria. 4. It appears that the petitioner also filed a complaint on IGRS Portal and the said complaint was disposed of stating that in the past, action was taken for removal of encroachments in presence of SDM, Salempur, District Deoria. It is also stated that again after 25 days, another anti-encroachment drive would be undertaken. 5. In view of the aforesaid stand of the respondents, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that respondent Nos.3 and 4, as is the stand taken by them, shall ensure that the encroachments over the road are removed in accordance with law.
