Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of order No. DULB/Acctts/3332/493 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024, whereby sanction has been accorded to the grant of family pension in favour of the petitioner-Shahnaza Ayoub. The authenticity of this order has been confirmed by learned counsel appearing for official respondents No.1 to 4. The document is taken on record. 02. Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction upon the respondents for finalization and grant of family pension from the date of death of her husband, who had died in harness on 20.05.2023. Since, respondent No. 2 has already issued the order dated 21.10.2024 (supra), as such grievance of the petitioner standsredressed. 03. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to forward the family pension case of the petitioner to respondent No. 5 in accordance with the law. Upon receipt of the pension case, respondent No. 5 shall issue pension payment order in favour of the petitioner.
