Learned counsel for petitioner, on basis of specific instructions, submits that petitioner will join at transferred place at Mathura on Monday, i.e., 25.08.2025 before 02.00 PM. 3. Learned counsel for respondents assures that a charge sheet will be issued within a week. 4. Petitioner is directed to file a reply to charge sheet within a week thereafter and on basis of reply and material inquiry shall be concluded within four weeks thereafter. In case inquiry is not concluded within aforesaid period, with cooperation of petitioner, impugned suspension order dated 23.07.2025 shall be deemed to be kept in abeyance. 5. Since petitioner will join at Mathura whereas Inquiry Officer is at Jhansi, therefore, date of appearance, if any, be fixed on any Saturday. 6.
