The said memo is hereby recorded. 4.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromised memo. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee, if any, since the matter is settled in mediation. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
