The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased victim. There is general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioner. He is in jail since 22.08.2024. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Pusa Patna High Court CR.
