By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.358 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021 registered with Police Station Vikasnagar, District Dehradun under Section 420 IPC and under Section 3 of SC/ST Act. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has already been filed by the police on 22.09.2021 against the petitioner-Sant Ram, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
