JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52608 WP No. 13488 of 2023 ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this petition seeking for Mandamus directing respondent No.2 - Corporation to consider the set of representations filed by the petitioner vide dated:28.02.2011, 22.07.2020 and 29.07.2021 vide Annexures-C, E and H respectively, requesting the respondents to credit number of EL to the petitioner service register for the period from 05.05.1977 to 31.05.1989 and disburse the EL encashment amount for the relevant period along with the interest. 2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that if the reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representations vide Annexures-C, E and H respectively and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2. Accordingly, I proceed to pass following order. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52608 WP No. 13488 of 2023 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the set of representations vide Annexures-C, E and H respectively, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within two and a half months, from the date of the receipt of copy of this order.
