Case No. 298 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 318(2), 338, 336(3) & 316(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh. Petitioner is alleged to have taken biometric thumb impressions on two to three papers, alongwith Aadhar card and photograph from the informant. These were used in selling fake SIM to different persons. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribagh, or his successor, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
