The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.29, Agra in Criminal Revision No.73 of 2024, whereby revisional court has set aside the order dated 25.01.2024 passed by ACJM 9th, Agra in Complaint Case No.312 of 2023, by which, learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
