Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to set aside the proceedings pending under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate Siyana, Bulandshahr in Case No. 17/T20251117050101386 under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Prakashvir vs. State of U.P. and others)." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 has already been finalized. The private respondent has initiated proceedings under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. As the proceedings are pending, petitioner has remedy of filing objections to the said proceedings. 3. In case the objections are filed within 15 days from today, the revenue authorities shall conclude the proceedings under Section 38(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties. 4.
