CMP No.3613 of 2025 In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and applicant is exempted from filing English translation of Annexure A-1 [colly] annexed with CMP No.3612 of 2025. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.3612 of 2025
2. The present application has been filed for grant of permission to organize a cultural evening on the occasion of Fag Fair w.e.f. 15.03.2025 to 17.03.2025 in the playground of Padam Government Excellence Senior Secondary School, Rampur, District Shimla. It is averred that the said event will be conducted in the evening hours i.e. after the school hours in between 06:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on 15.03.2025 and 17.03.2025 and 06:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on
16.03.2025. It is further averred that on 15.03.2025 and 16.03.2025 are Saturday and Sunday respectively and 17.03.2025 is Monday, therefore, the academic
session of the school would not be affected. Necessary copies of No Objection Certificates from the said school and M.C. Rampur are annexed as Annexure A-1 [colly]. It is further averred that there will be no damage to the school property and school premises will be kept neat and clean after the event. Earlier
order dated 10.03.2022 passed in CMP No.2169 of 2022 has also been appended in support of the application to contend that the said permission has been granted earlier also.

Learned counsel has also referred to a subsequent application i.e. CMP No.1662 of 2023 which was allowed on 01.03.2023.
4. Application has not been opposed by learned State Counsel.

Keeping in view the above facts, we allow the application and applicant is permitted to organize a cultural evening on the said dates in the said premises under the condition that the premises will be handed back to the Principal concerned in a neat and clean condition. Any damage caused to the property of school and playground, will be compensated on the basis of demand made by the Principal. Law and order shall be maintained during the said period. Applicant shall also deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the Student’s Welfare Fund of the school.
Application stands disposed of accordingly. CMP No.2715 of 2025

The present application has been filed on behalf of Sub-Divisional Officer [C], Dharampur, District Mandi, HP, for granting permission to use the ground premises of Government Degree College, Dharampur, Block and Sub-Division Dharampur, District Mandi, to organize Nalwar and Devta Fair w.e.f. 04.04.2025 to
09.04.2025.
7. To come up for consideration on 24.03.2025.
