ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“….declaring the action of the Single Trustee of Sri Uma Maheswara Swamy Vari Devastanam, Yadavalli Village, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District in issuing the Public Auction Notice

dt:13.06.2015 for leasing out the lands admeasuring an extent of Acs.0.52 cents in Sy.No.589 belonging to the 1st petitioner, an extent of Acs.0.26 cents in Sy.No.589 belonging to the 2nd petitioner in Sl.No.2 and an extent of Acs.0.54 cents in Sy.No.547 belonging to the 3rd petitioner at Sl.No.4 situated at Yadavalli Village, Racharla Mandal, Prakasam District, on 29.06.2015 as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to law, violation of principles of natural justice and pass such other order or orders…..”
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12837 of 2017.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader opposed for grant of any relief in this writ petition and prays to dismiss the same.
5. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and upon perusing the material on record, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.12837 of 2017, dated 25.11.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.12837 of 2017, dated 25.11.2024, to this order.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
