No.TB/ PDY/1042/Recovery/ Div-II/ 2025- 26 dated 14.07.2025, and quash the same. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 30599 of 2025 2.The petitioner College, according to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, is due an amount of Rs.1,35,77,491/- payable towards Employees Provident Fund. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents are present. 4.During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/College is ready to make the payment of the entire amount of Rs.1,35,77,491/-, however, reasonable time may be granted. He also undertakes to make the entire payment in 10 equal monthly instalments. 5. Keeping in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the entire amount payable by the petitioner which is a sum of Rs.1,35,77,491/-, shall be paid in ten (10) equated monthly installments. 5.If the petitioner fails to pay any of the installments every month, the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 30599 of 2025 respondent is at liberty to take steps for recovery in accordance with law. 6.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the authority has frozen the four Bank accounts of the petitioner/College. He further submits that freezing of the accounts has created problem in day-today functioning of the petitioner/College and also disbursing of the salaries to the employees. In the said circumstances, on payment of first instalment, one account as sought by the petitioner shall be de-freezed. Accordingly, on payment of the 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th months, the other accounts of the petitioner/College shall be de-freezed. 7.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above said directions.
