The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 257 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 109, 118(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. On 19.10.2024 at about 10:30 A.M., the petitioner along with co- accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant by sword, due to which he sustained injuries. It was submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons. It was finally submitted that injured has sustained simple injury. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S.
