Power of attorney has been filed by Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma on behalf of respondent no.2, the same is taken on record. Concededly, the case is seven years old, wherein the deposition of the complainant- applicant has been recorded, therefore, considering the nature of the case based on police report, wherein an applicant is only a witness, no ground is made out for transfer of the case.
