PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash Crime No.416 of 2023 of Ongole I Town Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein as arrayed as A3 basing on the confession 2 statement given by A1. He submits that A1 got stamp papers for the year 1962 from A6 to A10 and allegedly prepared fake and fabricated Sale Deeds of various properties of LW1 with the active help of other accused. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not alleged to have committed forgery not alleged to have assisted A1 in procurement of the alleged stamp papers of the year 1962. As such, the provisions of Section 464, 467, 468 and 471 IPC would not be applicable to the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Station House Officer, Ongole I Town Police Station, Prakasam District to complete the investigation in Crime No.416 of 2023, without taking any coercive steps as against the petitioner herein. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
