He further submits that at this juncture, the petitioner(s) would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the competent authority to decide the legal notice dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure P-7) sent by them in terms of the facts pleaded herein as well as the aforesaid judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and in a time bound manner. 3 Notice of motion. 4 Dr. (Ms.) Malvika Singh, DAG, Haryana, enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
