Accordingly, the Contempt Petition No.1120 of 2020 was disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.9.2020 (Annexure P-21). Learned Senior Counsel submits that thereafter the respondents had passed an order dated 03.3.2021 (Annexure P whereby the pay-scale previously granted to the petitioner vide Annexure P-20 was withdrawn and petitioner has been granted pay scale which is admissible to Law Officers which is at par with all other Universities of State of Haryana. It is contended by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the same constitutes violation of the directions of this Court.
