Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 502 of 2024 arising out of Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 1589 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 325, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9619 of 2024 by order dated 22.11.2024. 4. Petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the Informant, due to which, he sustained firearm injury in his hand. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2024. It was further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
