This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.528 of 2020 (Chandani vs. Vivek Vashishtha) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali City, District Bijnor pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bijnor within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife of opposite party no.2. She has moved an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance which is still pending. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.528 of 2020, expeditiously, preferentially within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
