(against violence of Women) Court No.2, Bijnor in Complaint Case No.7202 of 2024 (Smt. Bushara Khatoon Vs. Mohd. Naim and others) U/s 498A, 307, I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P.Act, at P.S. Mahila Thaha, District Bijnor, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)-FTC/J.M. (against violence of Women) Court No.2 Bijnor, however, he confines his relief only to the extent of enlargement of bail before the court below. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to prefer appropriate proceedings/ application seeks bail before the court below, the same shall be considered with most expeditions strictly as per the law of the land without any delay. 4.
