Mr. Vikas Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. G. C. Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present Third Bail Application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajendra Mewari alias Raju, aged about 24 years, S/o Shri Dev Singh Mewari, R/o Kalaagar, Khansyu, Okhalkanda, District Nainital. 4. The Applicant is currently in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No. 0001 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Khansyu, District Nainital. Through this application, the Applicant seeks his release on bail. 5. It is pertinent to mention that the applicant's First Bail Application No. 1670 of 2024 and Second Bail Application No. 85 of 2025 were rejected by this Court on 26.03.2025 and 05.06.2025 respectively. 6. In the present Third Bail Application, no new grounds or material change in circumstances have been brought on record that would warrant 2025:UHC:5828 a different view from the one taken earlier. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the absence of any fresh ground, this Court finds no merit in the present bail application. 8.
