The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (W.B.) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. On 21.09.2025, robbery was committed in the house of the informant by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was also submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Deepak Kumar. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Mohua Palit, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (W.B.)
