The petitioner a Cadre Secretary in Co-operative Department is transferred from B-Fax Telipura Mafi to B-Fax Palaula within district- Amroha. The petitioner is already traveling about 30 km to attend his office and is now he has to travel 30 km more to reach his posting place, therefore, any ground that he has to travel more is not a valid ground to challenge the transfer order. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has left two years service for his retirement, however, the Court finds that the aforesaid submission is not legally sustainable since petitioner has still sufficient time in service and it is not a case where employee is going to retire within few months. 4. There is no reason to interfere in the impugned transfer order. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 19.8.2025 P.
