4. Heard the parties.
5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 17/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 125(b), 132, 109, 351(2), 352 & 324 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur.
6. On 23.01.2025 at about 5:15 P.M., Sarath police received confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Tetariya more, raided the place of occurrence. On seeing the police party, about 32 named accused persons alongwith 50-60 unknown persons started stone pelting on the police party due to which some of the police personnel got injured.
7. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No. 2999/2025 by order dated
03.06.2025.
8. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur or her successor in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 17/2025.
