2. This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ and commanding the respondents to give the possession over the land to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18123 of 2018(2) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 petitioner having Khata No. 94, Plot Nos. 1077, 1364, 1366, 1367, area 58 decimals, 5 decimals, 39 decimals, 20 decimals respectively i.e. total area of the said land is 108 decimals, Thana No. 32, Mauza- Dumarawan.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation/application before the competent authority i.e. Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Nawada for redressal of his grievance.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
