This writ petition has been filed with following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents and direct the Respondent No.4 to collect the CCTV footage dated 18.06.2025 from the District Court premises District Court Amroha during the investigation of Case Crime No. 231 of 2025, under Sections 127(2), 308(3), 351(2) of the BNS, Police Station Amroha Dehat, District Amroha." 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the Final Report No.51 of 2025 has been filed on 08.08.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 5.
