The instant writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in issuing proceedings dated 28.12.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, etc., and for consequential direction to restore the seniority of the petitioner. 2. When the matter is called today i.e., 27.06.2025, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner was promoted as principal in A.P. Residential School (Min-Girls), Vijayawada., and thereafter, the petitioner was retired from

the service on 30.09.2021 on attaining the age of 60 years from the said post. In support of her submission, the learned Standing Counsel placed proceedings dated 27.09.2021 of the 1st respondent-APREI. 4. Considering the above submissions and keeping in view the non- appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds there is no cause that has to be adjudicated in the present lis. Therefore, the writ petition is closed by making proceedings dated 27.09.2021 as part of record. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
