Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to convert this petition into a RPFC. 3. When an objection is raised in the year 2023, at this point of time, just like that the Court cannot give the liberty by condoning this delay, hence the Court is granting liberty to the petitioner to explain the delay from 27.04.2023 till today and it is also subject to the law of limitation. 4.
