The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 467/2024 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 383/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-X, Ranchi. 3. On 26.08.2023 at about 3:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons were apprehended by Sadar police, Ranchi. It is alleged that they were making preparation for committing dacoity. 4. It appears that a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It further appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
