The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 04.03.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has co- operated in the investigation. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby made absolute, with a condition that he shall co-operate in the trial. 4.
