Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. [2]
This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. Issue notice upon the respondents.
ii. Call for the records.
iii. Issue Rule calling upon the Respondents to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ shall not be issued mandating the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Sub-registrar, Udaipur, Gomati District to decide on the registration of the sale deed presented before the Respondent No. 2 by the Petitioner on 12.02.2025 under token no. 202500004616. AND Issue Rule calling upon the Respondents to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent No. 1 i.e. the District Registrar, Gomati District shall not be issued to decide on the application under section 73 and 75 of the Registration Act, 1908 by directing the Sub-Registrar, Gomati District to decide on the registration of the sale
deed presented before it for registration on 12.02.2025 under token no.. 202500004616, iv. And after hearing the parties be pleased to make the rule absolute.”

After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein approached the concerned respondents regarding his grievances, but till date all his efforts remained unattended.
[4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondents to take a decision in accordance with law, more specifically under the norms of Registration Act and Rules within 02 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
