Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioners have made the following prayers: "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2/Nagar Palika Parishad through its Nagar Palika Ayukt, Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad to issue notice under Section 143(1), 147(1) Nagar Palika Parishad Act-1916 and further may kindly pleased to direct the concerned authorities during the pendency of this writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Upon hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, we are of the view that the petitioner should file his reply to the notice dated 28.02.2025, issued by the Nagar Palika Parishad being respondent No.2 herein. 4. The reply should be filed within a period of two weeks. Once the reply is filed, the Nagar Palika is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
