The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the victim is 12 years old child residing in the ground floor of the premises, whereas the petitioner is in the first floor under threat been sexually abusing the girl child and committed penetrative sexual offence, by threatening the victim that he will do away her family. He further submits that the matter is now posted to 26.08.2025 for framing of charge . 4.
