ORAL JUDGMENT (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K)
This Civil Contempt proceeding is initiated against the respondents/accused for the willful disobedience of the
order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1478/2022 dated 02.09.2024, whereby the learned Single Judge passed the following order;
"5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representations and issue TDR Certificate in accordance with law.
6. As the respondents has undertaken to consider the representations vide Annexures-C1 and C2, in view of the same, the writ petition is
disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations at Annexures- C1 and C2 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the
order."
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a compliance affidavit dated 05.08.2025 along with an endorsement dated 05.04.2025 issued by respondent No.2- the Deputy Commissioner, BBMP, Bengaluru.

3. We perused the compliance affidavit and the endorsement dated 05.04.2025.
4. Having perused the same, the order passed by the learned Single Judge stands complied. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this contempt petition.
5. Accordingly, considering the limited scope of this contempt petition, same is dropped. However, if the complainant is aggrieved by the said endorsement, she is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
