By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, stated that an FIR has been lodged in the instant case, which was registered as Case Crime No. 257 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station- Dhoomanganj, District- Prayagraj, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
