Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 09.04.2025, operative portion of which, reads as under:- “Now therefore, the respondent Corporation considered the case of the petitioners i.e. Sh. Pritam Singh, Conductor (Rtd) in the light of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP. No 14733 of 2024 and CWP No. 3278 of 2021& Review Petition No. 99 of 2023 and in compliance to the decision of the Hon'ble High Court the enhanced DR/IR from the due date (from which the same has been allowed as per BoD of HRTC's decision) shall be payable immediately to the petitioner. Direction is issued to the concerned branch to release the arrears part of the due and admissible DR/IR as per instructions dated 07.01.2012 and 31.07.2024 and other such instructions issued by the Finance Department of Himachal Pradesh in this regard. The concerned branch is further directed to calculate the arrear part and release the same accordingly as per instructions mentioned above within a period of 7 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of above, submits that the present proceedings be closed at this stage. However, liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, as may be available to him, in law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, at an appropriate stage, if need so arises. 3.
