This Court, vide order dated 16.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3120 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Rahul Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G) vide his request letter dated 25.01.2025 KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 has requested for grant of four months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, the statements of the remaining three witnesses Rajkumar Agariya (witness of memorandum and seizure) and Investigation OfÏcer Sub Inspector Vijay Dubey and Inspector Kumar Chandan Singh are yet to be recorded, hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of further four months time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
