The present petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "I-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.307 of 2024 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Cantt., District Gorakhpur and arrest the accused persons in the present case. II- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents transfer the investigation of present case i.e. Case Crime No.307 of 2024 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Cantt., District Gorakhpur from Police Station Cantt., District Gorakhpur to other police station of District Gorakhpur or Crime Branch Gorakhpur to ensure fair investigation in the present case." There is nothing on record to show that the concerned Investigating Officer is not acting impartially and is not conducting a fair investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of observing that in case, the petitioner has any grievance against the manner of investigation, she may file an application before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Gorakhpur who is expected to ensure that investigation is done in accordance with law and as prescribed under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
