Apprehending arrest in connection with Morigaon P.S Case No. 14/2025 under Section 74/75(2)/108 of the BNS-2023, the petitioner, namely, Smti Puspa Mandal, has filed this application under section 482 of the BNSS/2023. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she is involved in abetment to commit suicide resulting in the death of the deceased. 4. Case-diary is received. I have scrutinized the case-diary. The petitioner has appeared before the I.O and he has co-operated during the investigation. 5. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions.
