1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 25.10.2024 passed in WPS No. 6962/2024 (Annexure C/1). Vide order dated 25.10.2024, this Court has passed the following
order/direction:-
“5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised, submission of the counsel for the respective parties in particular submission of the counsel for the petitioner that the Ayurved Pharmacist in other districts are getting higher pay than that of the petitioner, petitioner is permitted to submit a detailed representation along with copy of the relevant
2 documents before the respondents no. 2 & 3. In the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.”
2. Both the counsel for the parties appeared and contended that the order of this court has been complied with.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, it is apparent that there remain no willful disobedience on the part of respondents and hence, this contempt petition is closed against the respondents and is accordingly disposed of .However, if petitioner is having any grievance(s) regarding the order passed by the respondents authority, he will be at liberty to file appropriate application/petition before an appropriate Forum/Court. sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) Judge alfiza
