The name of the petitioner is not included in the present voter list of the year, 2025 without any reason. He had filed a Writ Petition (WPMS No.1470 of 2025). On 21.05.2025, the Coordinate Bench of this Court directed the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Sitarganj to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 2. Heard Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents. 3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner does not want to press prayer “A” at this stage. 1 2025:UHC:5723 4. The prayer “A” is rejected, as prayed. 5. The present Writ Petition is being disposed of on the request of Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, Advocate appearing for the petitioner and with the consent of Mr. N.S.
