When the writ petition came up for consideration on 13.09.2024, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to ensure that the petitioner is not put to any physical harm by the party respondents, in case the petitioner is residing in the subject property as claimed in the writ petition. The above interim order has been extended from time to time. 3. Heard; the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. Even though service is complete on the party respondents, there is no appearance for them. 4.
