2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 451 of 2024 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 984 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304- B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 6800 of 2024 by order dated 17.10.2024.
4. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Shivani Singh who died due to asphyxia because of hanging within seven years of her marriage. It is alleged that she was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had committed suicide and the room in which she had committed suicide was not found locked from outside. It was further submitted that two witnesses have been examined in this case and they have not supported the prosecution case.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
