Learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have almost reached a settlement and that they will be recording the terms of settlement before the Arbitrator. 3. This Court is satisfied with the contents in the affidavit filed in support of the application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant seeking extension of time.
